01Use of our website

When you use this website and place orders through it, you agree to:

  • Use this website to make enquiries and legally valid orders only.
  • Not to make any false or fraudulent orders. If an order of this type may reasonably be considered to have been placed, we shall be authorized to cancel it and inform the competent authorities.
  • Provide us with your email address, postal address and other contact details truthfully and exactly. You also agree that we may use this information to contact you in the context of your order if necessary.

If you do not provide us with all the information we need, you cannot place your order.

02Contract

After you place an order you will receive a confirmation mail or message (Order Confirmation) and a Shipping Confirmation.

03Availability of products

All orders are subject to availability of products. Along this line, if there are difficulties regarding the supply of products or there are no more items left in stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information on substitute products of the same. If you do not wish to order the substitute products, we will reimburse any amount that you may have paid.

04Refusal to process an order

We will always do everything possible to process all orders. There may be exceptional circumstances that force us to refuse to process an order after having sent the Order Confirmation, and we reserve the right to do so at any time. We reserve the right to remove any product from this website at any time and to remove or modify any material or content from the same. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for removing any product, modifying any product, material or content from our website, or not processing an order once we have sent the Order Confirmation.

05Delivery

In continuation to the clause above regarding the availability of products and extraordinary circumstances, we will try to make sure to send the order consisting of product(s) by the date indicated in the Delivery Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, in the estimated time frame within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of Order Confirmation. Nonetheless, there may be delays for reasons such as the occurrence of unforeseen circumstances or the delivery zone.

For the purpose of these conditions, the delivery shall be understood to have taken place or the order delivered as soon as you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods, which will be evidenced by the signing of the receipt of the order at the delivery address indicated by you.

06Price and payment

We make every effort to ensure that the prices featured on the website are correct, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any of the products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered cancelled and all amounts paid will be refunded to you in full.

We are not obliged to provide you with any product at the incorrect lower price (even when we have sent the Shipping Confirmation) if the error in the price is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as an incorrect price. The prices on the website exclude Goods and Services Tax (GST), duties, cesses and delivery charges. Prices may change at any time.

07Invoice

An invoice will be provided to you along with the products when delivered.

08Taxes

Pursuant to the prevailing rules and regulations in force, all purchases done through the website are subject to all applicable taxes, including but not limited to GST, duties, cess, etc.

09Exchange, return and refund policy

We grant you a period of 7 days from the day the order was delivered by the delivery executive. In case you return the goods within the contractual term of the right of withdrawal, you will only be reimbursed with the amount paid for said products under special circumstances. We reserve the right to not accept returns of products which:

  • We believe are intentionally damaged.
  • Have a broken tag.
  • Are worn, returned after use, washed or soiled.

Delivery charges will not be reimbursed after the goods are returned.

Except this, all sales are final. We do not entertain refund or return requests. Please go through the size chart before buying.

10Return and exchange terms

  • You can exchange the order within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Keeping the strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns or replacements on several product categories like masks, boxers and shorts. Stationery products like stickers are also part of no return, no exchange products.
  • We reserve the right not to accept return of products which (i) we believe are being returned after use, washed or soiled, or (ii) are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you).
  • We will not arrange the reverse pickup of products unless confirmed by the Customer Service Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at support@rushbykira.com and we will get back to you.
  • Once confirmed, our Customer Service Team will arrange the reverse pickup of the product(s) within 7 days of receiving the request.
  • Please ensure while returning the product that the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.
  • As we do not have our own delivery service we rely on delivery partners like DTDC, Delhivery, eKart, etc. In case of an exchange, the delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the customer location and then additional delivery charges for delivering the new product again. As these charges are two-way, we request our customers to pay for the one-way charge of Rs. 300.
  • We will not be able to gift wrap any replacements you have asked for.
  • In case the exchange product is not available, a coupon code will be generated of equivalent value paid by the customer at the time of checkout.
  • Process: contact us on 9625277371 via WhatsApp or support@rushbykira.com. Our Customer Service Team will get back to you and may ask for some information.

11Refunds

  • Since all pieces are limited edition, we do not provide refunds.
  • However, if you got a defective piece, we will happily replace it for free.

12Cash on delivery

  • If you opt for COD, there is a flat Rs. 99 charge on top of your order, to be paid inclusive of the product price.
  • We request you to put up a detailed address and correct phone number so the delivery executive can contact you at the time of delivery.
  • To confirm your COD order, you will have to confirm your address and phone number via our message on WhatsApp.
  • We may also call you to confirm further if we find red flags with your address.

13COD fraud orders

  • We have a zero tolerance policy for orders placed on COD and rejected on delivery day.
  • Such individuals' IPs will be banned from the store, along with the pin code mentioned in the address.

14Use of content

By purchasing or receiving a gift from Rush by KIRA, you acknowledge and consent to the use of any content related to your purchase or gift, including but not limited to photographs, testimonials and reviews, for marketing purposes. This may include the display of such content on the Rush by KIRA website, social media channels and other promotional materials.

If you object to the use of any content associated with your purchase or gift, please send an email to hello@rushbykira.com stating your objections. Rush by KIRA will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns in a timely manner.
