India Shipping & COD Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During sale periods or high volume days, processing may take slightly longer, but we will always keep you updated.

Delivery Timeline

Average delivery time across India is 5–7 days.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Festivals and public holidays
  • Bad weather or transport disruptions
  • Courier pickup delays
  • Unexpected supply chain slowdowns

If your shipment is taking longer than expected, contact us immediately. We will track it and update you personally.

If Your Delivery Shows as “Refused”

If the courier marks your order as refused or undelivered but you never received a call, please contact us as soon as possible. The earlier you inform us, the higher the chance we can escalate and recover the package.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

To protect our small bootstrap business from fraudulent orders, COD requires a partial advance payment.

This helps prevent situations where orders are placed with no intention to accept delivery, which causes us to lose money on both:

  • Forward shipping
  • Return (RTO) shipping

These costs come entirely out of our pocket. Shipping is not free for small independent brands.

Customers who intentionally refuse COD packages without reason or engage in fraudulent ordering will be:

  • Banned from placing further COD orders
  • Blocked from our logistics partner’s network
  • Reported to payment processors to prevent abuse on other brands

We take fraud seriously to protect our genuine customers and ensure smooth operations for everyone.

Defective or Damaged Item? We’ll Make It Right.

If you receive an item with a craftsmanship issue (printing issue, stitching flaw, manufacturing defect):

  1. Email us at support@rushbykira.com or message us on WhatsApp.
  2. Send your order number + photos/video showing the defect.
  3. Our team will verify within 24–48 hours and advise next steps.

You can choose between:

  • Free replacement of the same product (if in stock), or
  • Full store credit for the item value.

We do not offer refunds back to original payment methods.

Handcrafted Items (Important Note)

Some products — like our Samurai Pants and limited hand-stitch/hand-paint pieces — are artisan-crafted. Small variations in print or texture are intentional and part of the design, not defects.

Non-Returnable Cases

To keep our process fair and transparent, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that are worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Orders where the customer selected the wrong address.
  • Clearance / final-sale items.
  • Normal wear and tear.

This policy applies to all purchases made through our website and is effective worldwide.
