Delivery Marked as “Refused”

If your order is shown as refused but you never got a call, contact us immediately so we can escalate it with the courier before the parcel gets returned.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Refusing COD parcels causes us to lose money on forward and return shipping.
• Fraudulent customers will be banned from future orders.
• Repeat offenders’ details may be shared with courier partners and payment processors to prevent misuse.
